Task for New Board
1. The week after the Annual meeting, there is a meeting with old and new officers to exchange any open actions.
2. New board assigns roles:
- -President
- -Vice President
- -Treasurer
- -Secretary (May be combined with Treasurer)
3. Document in minutes who the new officers are. This is required by bank to issue signature cards. Old signature cards will be closed, so even those that had sign the prior year must sign the new card to have check signing permissions.
4. Review Events for new year:
- -Set dates for Events
- -Set budget for Events
5. Pick board meeting time and schedule meetings for year.
6. Call meeting with DRC volunteer and setup new committee and elect chairman.
7. Notify Account and Lawn Care Service change in board contacts.
8. Submit Corporate Report with new board names and new Registered Agent.
Task For Annual Meeting
1. Three to Six months before, reserve and pay for Room.
2. One Month Before: Send News Letter with new budget
- Get Budget vs. Actual report from Accountant.
3. Before Meeting:
- Contact accountant and request list of members with payment status.
- Request from accountant 3 additional copies of the End of Year Income and Balance sheets.
- Print Sign up Sheets: Easter, Garage Sales, Annual Picnic, Halloween, Christmas Judging. Sign-Up Sheets
4. Print Vote Slips

Optional: Order snacks and drinks for meeting
Notes on Budget
Need to split budget items:
1. Single Insurance bill covers park liability and Board Members liability
2. Single maintenance bill for park and other properties.
